Initial Necklace

Purchased a necklace and need to return it because it is bigger than I thought. I have emailed and submitted form that is supposed to be submitted several times and no response. I was wanting to exchange it and repeatedly asked about what address and how to do exchange because there is no address on the return page. Well my 14 days will be up to exchange. There is no phone number that I can find on the return or support page. I guess Im stuck with the necklace??? Just want to exchange it for something else. No response!
